Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Boil chicken to make shredded chicken. (If not making vegetarian.). |
Step 2 | Use olive oil to sauted chopped onion and garlic in a soup size pot.. |
Step 3 | Add black beans, vegetable broth, tomato paste, and salt. Optional - lemon juice. Boil.. |
Step 4 | Pour about 2/3 into food processor, leave beans in pot.. |
Step 5 | Blend and stir back in pot with left over beans in pot.. |
Step 6 | Optional - add shredded chicken.. |
Step 7 | Add Tabasco, tomato, avocado, feta cheese, and cilantro.. |
