Ingredients

1 Approximately of Vegetable Chili.
2 Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin.
3 Take 1 cup of red onion, chopped.
4 About 5 clove of garlic.
5 Take 1/4 tsp of chili powder.
6 About 2 tsp of ground cumin.
7 You need 1 can of diced tomato.
8 Take 1 can of (15 ounce) no salt-added black beans.
9 Take 1 cup of water.
10 Approximately 1 cup of bell pepper, chopped (any color).
11 Approximately 1 cup of zucchini, chopped.
