Ingredients
1 | It's 500 g of assorted mushrooms. |
2 | Take 2 of large yellow onions. |
3 | Approximately 2 tbsps of instant oatmeal. |
4 | About 1 tbsp of sweet miso. |
5 | You need 250 ml of dashi broth. |
6 | You need of Black pepper and sea salt. |
7 | It's 1 tbsp of coconut oil. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Sliced onion into thin silvers. Heat oil in pan and cook onions till soft and caramelized.. |
Step 2 | Add in chopped mushrooms and cook till brown. Mushrooms will let out liquid once its cooked. Sprinkle instant oats over mixture and stir to combine.. |
Step 3 | Add dashi broth, black pepper and sea salt. Bring to a boil and cook till desired thickness. Stir in miso paste at the end.. |
Step 4 | Blend and enjoy! I used my 300W stick blender for this . If you have a stronger and more powerful blender, the soup will turn out even smoother!!. |
