Ingredients

1 It's 115 g (4 oz) of Violife vegan cream cheese.
2 It's 120 ml (1/2 cup) of full fat coconut milk.
3 About 2 tbsp of Brandy / Cointreau.
4 Approximately 1 tbsp of marmalade.
5 Prepare 2 tsp of lemon juice.
6 Take to taste of Sugar.
7 About 4 of oranges, zested then peeled and segmented.
8 About of Grated dark chocolate to garnish if desired.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Puree the cream cheese, coconut milk, Cointreau, marmalade and lemon juice together and add sugar as required to sweeten to your own taste.
Step 2 Divide the orange segments between 4 serving bowls or glasses. You can layer the oranges / cream for nicer presentation and toss them in some extra Cointreau if you feel like it!.
Step 3 Spoon the cream on top and garnish with the orange zest and chocolate.
