So Tasty Vegan Matcha Chocolate
You can simply cook Vegan Matcha Chocolate by following 7 ingredients and just 4 steps. Here is cooking guidance how you can easily cook that.
Ingredients
1 | About 100 g of Cocoa butter. |
2 | Approximately 3 tbsp of almond milk powder. |
3 | About 2 tbsp of cashew butter. |
4 | You need 2.5 tbsp of sugar. |
5 | Approximately 1 dash of salt. |
6 | Prepare 1 tsp of sunflower lecithin. |
7 | Take 2 tsp of matcha. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Melt cocoa chips in bain-marie (waterbath).. |
Step 2 | Cook water in a water kettle. Put heaped tbsp almond milk powder in a shaker and add 2 tbsp of the boiling water to solve the powder. Add sugar and whisk thoroughly (best using a blender).. |
Step 3 | Add cocoa butter and blend again thoroughly. Then add consecutively cashew butter, lecithin and salt. After each addition blend thoroughly. (Without the matcha the colour is a little unattractive...) Finally add matcha powder. To taste add a little sugar.. |
Step 4 | Pour in the hot doughy liquid in chocolate moulds and let firm up in the refrigerator. Enjoy with cup of tea.. |
