You can simply prepare Chocolate Cookie Energy Bars by following 9 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is cooking guidance how you can easily make it.
Ingredients
| 1 | You need 1/2 c. of oats. |
| 2 | It's 1/2 c. of chocolate chips or peices. |
| 3 | Prepare 1/2 c. of flaxseed. |
| 4 | About 1/4 c. of protein powder. |
| 5 | Take 2 TBS of honey (maple syrup 4 vegans). |
| 6 | Approximately 1/2 c. of nut butter, hazelnut spread and/or cookie butter. |
| 7 | Take 1/4 c. of chia seeds. |
| 8 | You need 1 tsp of vanilla. |
| 9 | Prepare pinch of sea salt. |
Cooking Guidances
| Step 1 | Melt together nut butters and honey over medium heat.. |
| Step 2 | Add all other ingredients except chocolate until well combined. Use your hands if necessary.. |
| Step 3 | Let cool in fridge for 5 minutes then add chocolate chips.. |
| Step 4 | Form into balls or flatten out in a glass dish to make bars. Let sit in freezer for 20+ minutes to firm.. |
