Ingredients
1 | About 2 cup of black rice cooked. |
2 | About 2 tbsp of sesame oil. |
3 | You need 1/2 tbsp of garlic minced. |
4 | Approximately 1/2 tbsp of ginger minced. |
5 | About 1 cup of shredded carrot. |
6 | About 1/4 cup of green onions. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Grate carrots and thinly slice shallots.. |
Step 2 | Saute freshly minced garlic and ginger in sesame oil.. |
Step 3 | Add carrots and shallots to combine.. |
Step 4 | Pour into cooked rice and stir to combine. Salt and pepper taste.. |
Step 5 | Optional: Add soy sauce, chopped nuts, or both! (2 tbspthinly sliced nuts (toasted optional) and 1 Tbsp soy sauce.. |
