Ingredients
1 | You need 2 of eggs (replace with tofu for vegan diet). |
2 | Approximately 200 gr of dry rice noodle (I use the large size one or kwetiaw). |
3 | Approximately 3 bunches of bokchoy. |
4 | About 1 of long red chili (chopped). |
5 | Approximately 4 of garlic cloves (finely chopped). |
6 | It's 1/2 tsp of salt. |
7 | You need 1/4 tsp of pepper. |
8 | Approximately 1/4 tsp of sugar. |
9 | Prepare 1/4 tsp of stock (beef, chicken, or mushroom for vegan diet). |
10 | Take 3 cups of water. |
11 | You need 2 tbsp of cooking oil. |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Cut up bok choy, put aside.. |
Step 2 | Pre-heat cooking oil in a pot, Add chopped garlics, cook for 3 mins. Add chopped chili, mix well.. |
Step 3 | Add eggs, scramble them well or chopped tofu for vegan diet. Add salt, sugar, pepper, and stock, mix well.. |
Step 4 | Add water, wait until boiling.. |
Step 5 | Add bok choy, wait until soften, turn off the fire.. |
Step 6 | In another pot, boil the water and cook rice noodle for 3 mins until soften, drain the water.. |
Step 7 | Prepare bowl, put rice noodle in it, pour the soup on top of the noodle.. |
Step 8 | Ready to serve.. |
