1 | Take 2 bunches of choy sum. |
2 | About 200 gr of button mushroom. |
3 | About 1 of tomato. |
4 | About 5 of garlic cloves. |
5 | Take 1 of red long chili (optional). |
6 | You need 1 tsp of salt. |
7 | It's 1/2 tsp of pepper. |
8 | About 1/2 tsp of sugar. |

Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Chop garlics and tomato, and chili. Cut up choy sum and slice mushrooms.. |
Step 2 | Pre-heat a sauce pan, pour cooking oil, add chopped garlic, stir it for 3 minutes in medium fire. Add chopped tomato and chili, stir it for 3 mins.. |
Step 3 | Add mushrooms, stir it well, wait until half cook, add choy sum, stir it well.. |
Step 4 | Add salt, pepper, and sugar, mix it well, cover the pan, lower the fire, wait until the veggies cooked well (around 10 mins).. |
